We want you to be satisfied with your shopping experience with VAN GREEN, therefore, there is no problem if you want to make an exchange or return the products you have purchased in our online store. VAN GREEN will be responsible for the return costs, provided that the product is returned in good condition. Remember that you have 7 days from the moment you received your order.
Changes will be in size and/or color of the same item. If what you want a change of item you will have to make a return and a new order. In the event of a partial cancellation, you must have your order number and the details of the items to be canceled at hand. In the returns we will pay you the corresponding amount.
For any change or return you can follow the steps indicated below:
Send an email through our Return Form explaining what you want to change or return. Remember to indicate your order number or the name of the person who made the order.
Wait for our response to register the change or return. You will have the answer in a maximum of 48 hours on working days.
Prepare a package with the products and put inside a copy of the invoice that you received with the order or indicate as the sender the name of the person who made the order and/or the order number. Our courier company will carry out the collection.
If it is an exchange, we will send you the new garment in the size and color that you prefer.
If it is a return, when we receive your package we will make the payment of its amount The refund will be made with the same payment method as your order and will take place within 72 hours once the acceptance of the cancellation has been confirmed.
