This document establishes the conditions governing the use of this website and the purchase of products on it, whatever the means through which it can be accessed. You also agree that we may use such information to contact you if necessary. If you do not provide us with all the information we need, we will not be able to process your order. By placing an order through this website, you declare that you are over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.


How to make a purchase: How the contract works


To place an order, you must follow the online purchase procedure. Once we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation email listing each Product you have requested to purchase and an approximate delivery date. Likewise, we will inform you by email that the product has been shipped.

This order confirmation email constitutes an acceptance of your offer by us. At that point, a sales contract will be generated under which you buy and we sell the Product you have requested to buy. You will know when we have shipped a Product because you will be sent an email notification about it.


Price and payment


The price of the Products will be the one indicated on our Site at all times. These prices include VAT, but do not include the cost of delivery, which will be added to the total amount to be paid.

We accept payment through the payment methods indicated below: VISA, MASTER CARD, AMEX and BIZUM.

By placing an order on the Site, you confirm that the payment details supplied by you are valid and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, full payment will be made.


Shipping and deliveries


Orders will be delivered to the address that the user indicates on the order form, giving the option of delivering to another address (workplace, relatives…) Orders will be delivered in perfect condition. VAN GREEN will not be responsible for errors caused in the delivery when the address entered by the user in the order form does not correspond to reality or has been omitted.


Delivery term


The period set for deliveries will vary depending on the time required for the preparation of the order and the place of delivery of the merchandise.

It must be taken into account that the procedure during this time is as follows: Confirmation of payment of the order, preparation and shipment through the Courier Service. Our goal is that within a maximum period of 6 to 8 days it should be delivered to the indicated address, although most deliveries are generally delivered in less than 2-3 working days (Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla may require periods of up to 14 days).

These deadlines are estimated and therefore may vary for logistical reasons or force majeure. In the case of delays in the delivery of the order, the user can check the status of his order by sending an email to: info@vangreen.es


Incidents in the delivery


If at the time of delivery the user is absent, he will receive an email or a notice from the courier company indicating how to proceed to collect the parcel.

If the delivery cannot be made and the order finally is returned, the user must bear the cost of reshipment. If the customer finally wants a refund of the order, the shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be paid.

Shipping costs are generated when entering the destination data.

Free shipping for orders over €80.




All the prices of the products that are indicated through the website include VAT. However, these prices do not include the expenses corresponding to the shipment of the products, which are detailed separately and must be accepted by the user.




All products displayed on the Web are available. However, if for any reason a requested product is not available, it cannot be sold. In this case, the user is informed by email or by phone of the total or partial cancellation of the order or the possible replacement of a product.


Shopping protection security


VAN GREEN does not save or manage your payment data. These data are processed directly by the payment gateway (CAIXA BANK or Bizum) and in a totally secure manner, with security certificates.
